These people are barbarians. It concern for customer service and completely oblivious to the fact they?re in hospitality. Lady... mumbled the whole time, was inpatient, and gave me an ice cream cone the size of basketball when I asked for a small vanillacone for my wife. Stopped here enroute home from South Carolina to Florida on September 5th just after 11:00 a.m. The whole process for three... cheeseburgers and a fry was almost 25 minutes. The cheeseburgers were almost unrecognizable. One pair of kiosks for the wholestore. Fast food no longer exists. Read more
McDonalds inside She?ll station off of exit 67 heading north on I95 is one of the filthiest McDonald?s I have ever seen and I... felt it should be reported immediately. Tables were all dirty and the customers were cleaning the tables off themselves. Thefloors were filthy be the windows with French fries, ketchup and slippery tarted sauce on the floors. Everyone wAs just hangingaround and chit chatting. The didn?t give any receipts at check out and the woman asked if we wanted our change? The guy, alldressed in red was doing nothing except chatting with the girls. What a horrible management at this McDonald?s and whomeverowns this place should know about this. Rude manager. All soda machines were broken. Fries were old. Automated menu said our meal would be brought to our table. Not. ... I was met with a loud sarcastic response from the manager. Worse manager ever. The manager yelled at us and was smart and uses a terrible tone and had to be De-escalated by another... employee. This is consistently the worse restaurant in the area. If you are driving by on the interstate skip this terribleplace. And of course they messed up our order. Update to my order: It?s been several months since I stopped at this craphole.My kids insisted we go there. The idiots making the food literally forgot to put meat on the burgers. I may be spelling her name wrong, but her name was Chantel and she deserves a raise! She went above and beyond to make sure my... little girls frown was turned up-side down despite them being short staffed and I?m sure, stressed. She was so sweet and tookcare of us at the counter despite the other employee telling me she couldn?t take my order at the front. Not only did she takeout order, she served her ice cream in record time and made sure my little girl left with no more crocodile tears!
