One our waiter was fantastic!!! He explained to us the menu and his guidance on what was good was perfect!!! Family atmosphere,... like the carpeted floors. Wood floors make a place too loud!!! We could have nice conversations with in our party!!! That madefor a great time!!! Now the food was delicious. Brisket was the best!!! My wife had catfish and loved it. Food is absolutely amazing. Our ribs were cooked perfectly. Mac and cheese is creamy, their corn bread is nicely paired with... sweet butter but my favorite side dish was their coleslaw. Everyone loved their entrees. I can wait to dine in. Read more

Chuck's Southern Comfort BBQ is a welcome place for family style barbecue. The restaurant is attached to a "manor" which has... events and rental space for parties and such, So the establishment may not look like a BBQ joint but it is... Step inside andthe bar with 31 beers on tap invites you to have a seat and relax with there staff, friends or screens streaming local sportingevents. The service come fast and with a smile. We tried a the pulled pork nachos and their arancini "rice meatballs." Bothappetizers are big enough to share and generous with the meats. We tried the Choose 3 combo of 1/4 chicken, brisket and ribs.All meats came tender, however the chicken stole the show with the juicy delicious tater in every bite... Without the sauce.North Carolina mixed with Honey Chipotle was our favorite. We were so glad when Chuck opened here as we had been enjoying the Burbank location for a long time. The food is pretty good –... not great – but pretty good. I usually get ribs or pulled pork. My wife likes the burgers. The place, itself, is okay thoughit can be noisy. The service is “hit or miss”. We’ve had good servers and some pretty bad. The local management is theproblem at this location. Unaccommodating and just plain rude. Service problems at this location may just be lack of training bypoor local management. Even though we live only a couple miles away, we have again begun frequenting the Burbank location whichis five stars. Read more
We had rib tips and Chucks Chicken sandwiches. The food was great. I had coleslaw as one of my sides and OMG some of the best... coleslaw I've had. If we're in the area again we will visit again. Read more
Obsessed with this place!!! Me and my sister went here for dinner Thanksgiving and the food was dynamite. I cannot wait to go... back. The cocktails were very good too. Very impressed. Service was good considering how packed they were and on a holiday. Myonly complaint is we weren't allowed to take boxes home and I was really looking forward to all those delicious leftovers! The food today was just so so....but the server was one of the best waitresses we've had in months anywhere. Her name was... Abbey. She was spot on the entire meal so we can get past that the beans were just so so and the pulled chicken wasn't smoked. Tasted boiled. The soups were fabulous. So we'd go back for sure and try for better meals. Read more
