Delicious pizza, good deals, but service wise there's a lot of mistakes and misinformtaion. I had enough rewards for free... delivery, and have had delivery service multiple times in the past, but when I used my free delivery reward they said I was morethan 5 miles away. Quick Google search showed that wasn't true but they cancelled my order and took my free delivery reward.Previous deliveries had forgotten drinks, dipping sauces, previous orders forgot options and such. So if you walk in and order,wait, and drive it home I'm sure it's great, but if you expect similar service like other delivery pizza places be prepared forinconsistency. Read more
I have been a fan of Jets since I was in college, easily 25 years now. The food is excellent and the service is usually too. ... Today, Jose, took my order for a large specialty pizza and I asked about a coupon that he could apply. He lied to me and saidthere was only a coupon for a single topping pizza and nothing for specialty pizzas. Upon picking up my order, I found thecoupon for specialty pizzas that I had been using for the last year. When I confronted Jose about the coupon he just told touse it next time. Not sure if new ownership is just greedy or this is a misinformed employee. I'm truly disappointed. Read more
Jets is SO GOOD. Their service is exceptional. There are usually the same two-three workers that I always see when I go in and... I?ve started calling them ?Pizza Masters?..at least to myself and my husband. The prices are reasonable, especially if you pickup their $10 for $20 deal on Local Flavor. This is my second time reviewing in the past month. I usually get their deep dish butdecided to give the thin crust a go and I have been officially converted to a thin crust lover as of last night. They aregenerous with toppings, the food is made quickly and they have a wide variety of desserts, breads, sides. Their wings are someof the best I?ve had. Super delicious pizza and boneless Buffalo wings, the delivery was super fast. Prices are super good as well.
