Customer service 5 cleaniness 5 but the sandwich was GARBAGE. Yesterday was my FIRST and LAST time ever trying Jimmy John's. I... ordered a turkey sub combo. I was so disappointed first they gave me bread that was already sitting on the counter and it washard they literally put only 2 slices of paper thin sliced turkey on my sub I couldn't even taste the turkey it was so bland Imainly tasted the onions and bread so I ended up buying extra meat and paid for cheese... It did not do it any justice. The onlything I enjoyed was the kettle chips and my sprite. I should've followed my first mind and stuck with my favorite which is Mr.Submarine at least there they know the correct ratio for meat and bread and you don't have to pay for cheese. I've been eating Jimmy John's since 1983. They have always been my favorite sub.
The people are nice enough but the sandwich is pretty disappointing. Sandwich has one folded over paper thin piece of ham. For 7... bucks you going to sandwich that probably has less than an ounce of meat. I really couldn't even taste the ham. Read more
I came in to buy bread in JJ they refuse to sell it. I ordered it on line in store they canceled my order. They also told me... there is no business to sell bread for 5.46$! I wonder why do they have bread on menu? I asked for owner phone number JJ refuseto give it to me instead they called police! And they told me never come back! such a wonderful and lovely service! I always love Jimmy John's, doesn't matter where I go. The are consistent across the board. Which there was one by my house,... but they closed it. Still a couple in my area, so I just have to go pick it up since they won't deliver fast anymore. But thiswill always be one of my favorite places to go for sandwiches. I don't like subway, but I do wish Jimmy John's would starthaving soups. Would be great to have instead of having to go to 2 places. I have always liked soup with my sandwiches. I had an issue with a catered lunch for 65. It fell thru last minute. This location was able to create enough food trays in 40... minutes to save the day. and they did it with a smile on their face the whole time. I can;t recommend them enough! Read more
Ok, I love Jimmy Johns I order it almost every day for lunch when I go to work. The food is wonderful and always fresh. However,... every time I order a pickle for my sides.. my bag is DRIPPING with pickle juice. My sandwich? Soaked. My straw? Soaked. Theonly thing not soaked? My chips.
