Ordered DoorDash this morning because my daughter didn?t leave the car seat. They forgot my hotcakes with sausage for the baby... and when I called to them that it was missing, the phone just rings and it goes to the automatic voicemail. Very frustrating allaround. $25 is a lot, when your missing a meal, can?t drive to go get it, have to share meals, and then no one answers. Read more
I know it's fast food. But what happened to customer service? Or the fact that prices went up but the food quality went down.... The people who work there are extremely rude. You can tell they don't want to be there at all. They throw the food together so... sloppy. I tried going here again thinking it might be better, nope! Made an order online through the app and tried to pick it up from the drive though First they said you need to come inside for... those orders, then said we don?t have it. I should the person the order on phone he took the phone inside and asked his managerto look at it. I showed them the code and they still were not able to find it in the system. I then cancelled the order andasked to place another one from window. He said now you have to turn back around to place your order, I told him no I am notturning place it from here. He said no you argued so much and you need to turn around, I said I am not going to then he said Iwill call 911. I said I am waiting and closed my window. He then talked to me and said what would you like. I placed my orderand asked for 4 BBQ souse when I went to the next window to get my order I found only one BBQ sauce, I told the other person Iasked for 4 then the manager came and said I have to charge for the rest you only get one for free, I said fine and give him thecard again and he charged me.
