I have nothing but great things to say about this place!! We ordered a cake online for my mom's birthday and when I say everyone... LOVED it I mean it was the center of our conversation the whole time we were eating it. We got a funfetti cake with traditionalfrosting with the cele"bundt"ing you decorations and it was AMAZING! The store itself, which I had never been to before, was socute and welcoming and they had so many cards and gifts and candles - I was blown away! Absolutely love their cakes but I think it is ridiculous that they will not honor a $5 coupon either online or on the phone when... placing an order ahead of time. The coupon was mailed to my home so obviously they want the business. Poor customer service inthis regard. If they want people to come back for their cakes whether it is a pre-order or at the time of service they shouldhonor the $5 off coupon. It makes me not want to get cakes from there anymore. Came in to buy my son's favorite, the Chocolate Chocolate chip cake as he got engaged yesterday. Very cute place, great customer... service! Only reason for 4 stars was they had no decorations saying Congratulations on your engagement. Please consider gettingengagement decorations???? other than that, I'll be returning. Read more
