I went to Little Caesars in Darlington SC on October 31 2022 that morning.I ordered a cheese pizza and a sausage pizza. Both... pizzas was burned and my sausage pizza had only10 sausage. The black female manager had a bad attitude and she had peoplewaiting. The pizzas wasn't cook good. She doesn't need to be a manager because her attitude is too nasty and she doesn't knowhow to do her job like a manager should. Read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Is it really too much to ask for people to do their jobs without being rude...Every time we... visit this establishment the "workers" are never working. This trip today went in no hot and ready's ready and got attitude whenI ordered 2. Got 2 barely done pizzas and was treated like I asked them to run a marathon for doing there job. Advertisement says hot AND READY Every single time we stop at LC in Darlington there?s nothing ready-quick- like!! Always have... to wait atleast 10-20 minutes. Food is good for the price but need to pick up the speed on having food done for grab and go. Read more

Ordered and paid on the app on 8/26. Arrived at store and waited well past scheduled pickup time with no notification of pizza... being ready. Went into store & order could not be found. I was pretty much dismissed by the cashier while the manager walked outof her office, grabbed 3 pizzas, a brownie and a soda and left with multiple customers waiting in addition to my ongoing issue.She never acknowledged myself or any of the customers or offer to assist the cashier. I called customer service to get my moneyback and waited over 20 minutes on hold before someone answered and promised that I would get a full refund on the followingMonday and I would be contacted by the franchisee owner related to my extremely poor experience. Here I am over a week later andstill have not heard a word from anyone with your organization nor have I received my money back for the pizzas I DID NOT GET. I am furious and extremely disappointed in any company that willfully steals money from their customers and has NO follow upwhen their receive concerns related to customer service that are true issues. Stood in the establishment about 6min before 1 of the 3 employees who were up front helping 1 customer in drive thru even... acknowledge me. Not to mention, I was the ONLY customer inside. After placing my order, I received two stale classic pepperonipizzas. Never again. Read more

Hot & Ready my butt. ESPECIALLY if you take the time to order ahead online..it?s NEVER ready when you arrive. Always have to... wait. They always forget to include sauce/dessert/drink. If you order online, be prepared for them not to even check the orders. It was not ready when I got there and my daughter and I... ended up having to go inside to wait for them to even cook my breadsticks. It should have been a simple pick-up since it waspreordered, but it wasn't. The food was very good but the staff, not so much. Read more
