Breakfast is fine for the most part. Any other time plan on extra long service times. And a very good chance you're order will... be wrong, & your fries ???? will be cold even @ 12:05pm, with 6 or 8 cars ahead of u. Read more

Not sure what the problem is with the employees but they apparently don't understand when they are told we would like HOT FRESH... fries. Every time we get the coldest hard dried out fries! I've complained several times and get absolutely no where. This hasbeen going on for quite sometime. Too bad Darlington can't get a culver's or chick-fil-a. Went through the drive-thru. The person was friendly. Our order was hot and accurate. Shehappily gave me extra napkins for my... mom to wrap around her frappe' cup to keep her hands warm. Read more
Customer service was terrible food was terrible it had a hair in it and when I ordered a chocolate shake it was vanilla
