A group of us were up for racing. The food was so good we ate there two nights in a row!

Negatives: None of our food was "authentic", and the quality was subpar. Our waitress didn't speak much English so it was... difficult to get our questions answered. It smelled like their sewer backed up. When we opened the door to leave, we almost gotelectrocuted (sparks flew); a long electrical cord was plugged into an outside light. We had a fabulous meal at Mi Casita and were so excited to find this little gem while visiting Darlington. The food was... deliciously authentic with rich flavors. Portions were perfect and we enjoyed sampling different dishes. Our margaritas wereyummy! The personalized service from the owners was great. Very clean, well lit, and tasteful interior. Exterior is thoughtfully accented. Staff is very friendly. Menus and signage are... bilingual. Restrooms are separate and clean. The food was fantastic. Starting with fresh cut chips and fresh salsa with a goodbalance of flavors, the main courses followed and rocked. Chimichangas were creative and delicious. Tremendous, tasty Torta! Have it with chips and nachos! They make their own chips! GOOD service too!
