My daughter and I stopped for really quick bite after grocery shopping. Never again. Nobody in line we went to drive... thru...gentlemen said can I help you? I said one moment please...20 seconds later Can I help you ..again one second Iresponded, (still no cars behind me). Then woman came over speaker. What's your order? So my daughter ordered hers some meal,I got whooper Jr with cheese...got to window paid...the women says park upfront Ill bring it out...I'm like ok...so wepark...minute later she comes out with horrible look on her face says Texas whooper meal...my daughter says yes and she throwsbag in car...I'm like Is another bag coming she snaps no it's all in there....so of course, it's not! My daughter goes in andhuge attitude on inside and say what did we forget...my daughter says whopper Jr...same girl let me see...grabs bag goes thrulike we were lying. Go to kings highway instead where the employees are nicer and don't give you fishy onion rings. Not to mention the bathroom is... always a mess. They need to re-evaluate their service, used to be better. Read more
Do not come here, spend your money else where. General manager is rude and disrespectful. Waited 20 minutes for my food after... being asked to pull up the yellow line in the drive through. When they brought out the food, it was cold. I went inside to askfor a refund. The general manager denied me a refund and asked for the food and drinks back. Which she planned to throw away.All the bitten food. Never heard of this in my life being a restaurant manager. She wouldn?t give me a refund because all thefood wasn?t there. Bathroom soap dispenser: empty. Almost all the soda flavors: empty. Dine in food tray: covered in nasty goo, so bad that I... wanted to wash my hands after carrying it. But I could not due to the aforementioned empty soap dispenser. The food was fine butBurger King really needs to look at these poorly managed stores. Read more
$5 for a medium fry to get this and terrible customer service. There are two great guys that work here but other wise no they're... rude, and not friendly. I have given them numerous chances to prove me wrong, try to chalk it up to bad days we've all beenthere but the way they treat customers is terrible. The women are extremely rude at the window too. Really inconsistent food quality. Sometimes its good and sometimes you get really burnt up unedibale food like the pictures... shown below. This was suppose to be a crispy chicken sandwich. Idk what I got. Despite the quality of food prep, employees atthis location are always polite and excel in customer service, esp compared to nearby fast food locations. Read more
I went to the drive-thru today to get something quick and asked a simple question about the price of a rodeo burger, and the... attitude I received from the manager who happened to be taking orders from the drive-thru was completely unwarranted. Themanager was even worse when I went into the store to talk about her behavior. I can understand how frustrating it can be whenprices change and you, as an employee, have to deal with unhappy customers all day long, but that doesn't give anyone the excuseto treat people the way she treated me; especially someone who wasn't yelling and didn't have an attitude. The priceschanged...so what? That doesn't always deter customers. It's the way you talk about those changes with customers that'simportant. And most employees in this store were not adequately trained on how to deal with those changes and how to presentthem to customers in an appropriate way. I won't be going to this BK again. I'll try the others nearby if I need a quick bite. Read more
