More often than not they have been out of ingredients lately, and when you're a restaurant with limited options on the menu it... has a pretty significant impact. Worst Chipotle ever. Every time I come to this location it?s a horrible experience. Today I waited in line for 30 minutes, just... to get to order and be told that they were out of ALL meat and that it would be 15 minutes for chicken, 30 minutes for steak.This was at 7pm, 3 hours before the store closes and they were already out of all meat with no one making any back ups untiltheir bins were completely empty. Finally, the chicken (not what either bowl was originally going to have but I could not longerwait having it already had been 45 minutes) was ready and I got to order two bowls to-go. Don?t expect there to ever be anyfajita veggies past 4pm at this location. There wasn?t any jalapeno corn either?or chips (once again, never past 4pm)?or saladdressing?or bags to carry your order out in. I?m not sure who is the manager at this location but they are not doing this storeany justice at all. Not even sure if there?s ever a manager on duty. Majority of the employees don?t know how to do their jobsproperly, treat you like you are an inconvenience for being there & couldn?t care less about providing even mediocre service. Ihave worked in the restaurant industry since I was 17 so I do tend to give people in the food industry the benefit of the doubtas I know how rough things can be but I am left in shock every time I come here. I am disappointed by this location time andtime again but always return because I do enjoy the food. After this experience, I don?t think I will be returning again afterbeing a customer for years. Had a steak burrito. Flavor was really good. Quality was lacking in the steak though, some pieces were so fatty that it was... crunchy. Also I've never seen someone at a restaurant have no idea how to roll a burrito. They rolled it over leaving bothends open and then just folded the ends over. The only thing keeping to burrito closed was the foil. Didn't even pinch thecorners before folding the ends or anything. Read more
worst chipotle i?ve ever been to. my pick up was at 3 i waited there for 20 minutes. there were six people in the back not doing... anything. a huge line. the women in front of me?s order was an hour late. when i got my food they forgot the drink and chips andguacamole and gave us an extra bowl not (to mention they didn?t put the covers on correctly) Both bags were leaking and rippedopen at the bottom. the bag leaked all over the floor. if i could give it a zero i would. If there was a option for zero stars, that?s what this chipotle deserves. Ordered my food through the app at 5:25pm before... leaving work with a expected pickup time to be 5:40pm. When I arrived to pickup my food at 5:55pm there were at least 15+ othercustomers also inside waiting for online orders. The employees were in the back laughing and goofing around not working. Afterwaiting for over 20 minutes, one of the employees came out from the back and said their manager just walked out and theywouldn?t be making anyones orders. None of us got our food and there were even more customers coming in at that point. This isnot the first bad experience I have had with the staff at this location. They have zero respect or work ethic. Highlydisappointed and will NEVER go back. Please do better Chipotle when hiring staff and I want my points and money back! Read more
I paid for double meat and they gave me 2 pieces of steak. They wouldn't give me forks, so I was forced to eat my meal with... these weird shaped chopsticks. Worst experience ever. Never eating here again. Like how do you mess up this badly! Read more
I just wanted a healthier taco and normally they?d hit the spot. The place was gross. Glass back was filthy, bins of food looked... very old and mostly empty. Product spill over not cleaned as well as dirty tables. Four workers coming out leaving storeappearing to be empty except for two people who looked confused left. They need guidance and a manager or better one. I?ll go toTaco Bell to get a simple taco next time. It was surprising and a disappointment. Read more
Don?t usually take the time to leave reviews but this 1 star was well deserved. Ordered pickup and this is what I received. Many... selections missing on more than one of the items ordered. Went back to the store to have it remade and was given an attitude.Never again. Read more
