Workers would rather be in the back on their phone than in the front doing their actual job of serving people lol girl was so... pressed to not do her job that she barely even listened to our order? and ended up making products we didn?t even ask for ???Also they would rather be stubborn and do their own orders than share taking the same groups order, makes cashing out confusing?why is the group that was behind me paying and leaving meanwhile I still haven?t gotten my order ??? Took the kids for the experience of candy getting crushed and they judt put it on top. Not even an area to view the cold stone... for kids. Bummed. We will not be back. Nice enoigh cashier offered me the kiddie sizes but no smashing involved. When I askedshe said she could if I wanted but usually dont for kids. I ordered delivery and I'm not able to leave the house and when I selected my option for delivery, I selected Cold Stone... Delivery. They offered many options for delivery like Door Dash and GrubHub but I picked Cold Stone Delivery. After I placedmy order i received a text that my order was being delivered through door dash. Problem is that Cold Stone did not give thedelivery driver my entire order. I called the store after the delivery and the woman who answered told me that the other bagwas at the store and if I wanted it I would have to go pick it up. This is unacceptable and I requested a refund. I was askedto give my phone number and the person responsible for helping me with my refund would call me. Came here for Mother?s Day- they were busy but adequately staffed, no one was complaining about the wait we understand. Ordered... 4 ice creams- NONE of them were mixed, toppings just thrown on top. Ordered delivery online and they missed my 8 year olds ice cream, waited about 10 mins on the phone to tell... them I was missing an ice cream , went to pick up the ice cream that was set aside for me and I waited 10 mins without beingacknowledged by a team member because they were too busy talking to an off duty employee.HIGHLY disappointed!!
