Signature Take Out chicken nothing like description or picture. Boiled chicken chopped up in small pieces, no parmesan crisps,... onlt red onion, bread was sliced not roll & burnt on one side & edges. Husband's smokehouse barbeque chicken was in no waybarbecue or " smokehouse" & again chopped meat. Again, nothing like description or picture. Haven't been to this Panera's forawhile as can never find parking. Only good thing was the coffee. 2 sandwiches, 2 small coffees= $29.78. I don't mind payingbucks for food as long as it's good & as advertised Will not go back here again. Read more
We enjoyed our experience at Panera. We used the self service kiosk which we really like because we don't feel pressured to... hurry and can take our time with kids. The location is convenient and we really enjoyed our food. We got a good variety ofoptions from Mac and cheese, pizza, sandwich, and soup. I nibbled on all of it! My favorite was the soup and sandwich. Which isto be expected! Haha. The pizza was just ok but in their defense it was just the 4 cheese. Overall, it was. Good experience. 4stars due to the cleanliness of the store and it being a bit high in price per my opinion. Best of luck! Read more
What a rip off. Over $12 for a chicken sandwich and tiny gab of chips. I ordered ?the spicy one?. Was supposed to come with... ?pickle chips?. Looked nothing like the photo. The pic looked like it was COVERED with deep fried pickles. In truth, it hadcrumbs equivalent to about ONE small sized ?pickle flavored? potato chip. Wish I?d taken a picture. This 16$ salad is a joke.. 3rd time I even ordered extra of everything and this is what I get waste of money.
Stopped in to get a drink. When I went to the fountain the ice wasn't working...it had a sign that said go to bakery for ice.... Which no one was there...finally I got ice...that was such a process for getting a drink and trying to be in and out. They knewit wasn't working...they should have offered me ice when I placed my order. That's is the only reason I rated 4 stars. I do lovePanera so I will be back! Completely dirty , every single table the floor ,the rest rooms ,the fountain drink area was all dirty . Customer service was... completely terrible. I'm shocked to see this establishment crumble ?. Update : 11/26/21? still dirty , bathroom has toiletpaper not on the roll holder . Completely unsanitary! Read more
Tried the Panera Pizza for the first time and it was average. A little disappointing, was hoping it was going to be better than... expected. Probably wouldn't have tried it at all if it wasn't for my son wanting to try it. Got the 4 cheese, Pepperoni and thechicken bacon flat breads. Best part of the process was ordering online, walking in and grabbing the bag. Very smooth process. Read more
