I went here for lunch today. At first glance it looked okay, but then I ordered wings. I watched the guy serve 2 more people,... taking their money, touching the Debit machine, and then went and got my wings from the fridge, WITH HIS BARE HANDS, literallyhad the wings in his bare hands, did not wash his hands in between, and then after that, he had A call come in, plus some morecustomers come in and all I heard him say was ?I can?t answer the phone I am by myself working here? and the customer said ?I?msorry dude, take your time? as if the person he was serving was a problem even being there. I watched the guy handle money, then touch his mouth/ nose and make my Donair without washing his hands or putting on gloves. I... politely told him that I can't eat that after seeing him do this and if he could please remake it with gloves. He wasn'tpleased. I asked if this is usually how they do it here and he said yes and got his coworker to remake it for me. Got a Panzerotti from here today I order these from Alexandra's all the time never had a problem until this place first time I... ordered one from them the meat was fine but they put the sauce in it said that's the way they do it. not true at all I said.This time I ordered one and they pretty much put cat food in it the Donair meat was a paste like you would find in an egg rollso I called and asked why it was donair meat from an Eggroll they said that's how they do it. I ordered a pizza and picked it up. There was a miscommunication either by myself or a misunderstanding on their part. Either... way I called them after getting back to my hotel to advise that a pizza I ordered was wrong. They made me a new pizza anddelivered it to the hotel. The pizza and donairs we ordered were delicious. I would recommend this location based on the qualityof food and the fact they went out of their way to make a customer happy. Wow. Had an amazing vegetable pizza yesterday. The best in my life! Im actually not a huge pizza fan, but my boyfriend could... live on it so I've had pizza here before because we live nearby. It was always good, but this one was GREAT. I'm converted! BFhad a meat lovers and said it was super good. I wrote them this morning to tell them how much we liked them.
