October 8th 2022 HARD PASS - was excited to try the 31$ meteor pizza and was not impressed with the lunch meat and scant amount... of sauce and cheese on the pizza. Meat sauce that appeared in the kids meal on pizza was not very tasty. The competition at thisvalue is probably about 15$ cheaper. For the price it certainly was no where near gourmet and poorly executed. Good - Thenachos were ok everyone seemed to enjoy them. Ok - the chicken wrap was just ok. Nothing special to write home about. Thecustomer service was missing I was lucky to see the waitress every 20-30 minutes. Seems I need to order alcohol in order to getserviced more frequently. The only happy looking person was the owner and the table cleaning support lady. The place didn’tappear to be too busy either which we all noticed. August 1 Decided to try the BP burger, wife had the mushroom and spinachpasta and daughter had the spaghetti. The mushroom and spinach pasta was very rich and tasty. Daughter enjoyed her spaghettimeal. I ended up getting a pretty burnt burger which I was quite disappointed over after a long drive. While the waitresslooked after my meal this is the second time Ive not had a decent meal from this place. I was hoping it was just one side but ittasted like one of those I tried to scrape off the burnt and cover it over with sauce deals. July 21 Decided to dine in todayordered Kick'n Memphis Chicken Sandwich (super tasty, heat to it), Cactus Cut Potatoes (little heat), kids spaghetti and TheHungry Carnivore. Was not impressed with the hungry Carnivore. The cook didn’t bother to separate the pepperoni (you can seeit stacked) and two all the meat was thrown in last minute from wherever it was being refrigerated from. It was quite evidentthe meat was not cooked as it was frigid from the rest of the meal. The dish was good though. The fishbowl drink was just simplyfun and tasty. Read more
Training required. Training staff to double check slips before putting orders in their take out bags needed. This order was... picked up for me and it was missing my sour cream ( that comes with the perogie pizza normally) and the bacon I requested tohave on the side. It was pretty dry. I guess I should have asked the person who picked up my order to double check it first, youkinda trust that items meant to go with the actual pizza thou wouldn’t be missing. My friends order came with their condimentsbut mine did not . Disappointing. However, I have received more right then wrong with Boston Pizza in the past & can’t sumyour company up with one unsatisfactory order. This review is based on this order only . Read more
Order from Boston pizza all the time, usually everything is amazing( Service &food) but when I tried ordering from the Portland... street location(Sunday, sept 11) I was told that I could not get any food after 11:20pm when they close at 12am. The girlsounded unsure of why on the phone , said something about different people close at different time. I just felt like she wantedto get off work early. Not good service and I’m sure the owner would not be pleased with this.. nor would any business owner. Read more
Friendly staff, decent food. Salads are pretty good, pizza is ok and burgers are ok. The kids menu is fantastic. Drinks list is... good and overall atmosphere is good. If ya need a place to take kids for dinner, would def recommend. Read more
Wonderful restaurant. The restaurant is very clean, the menu offers something for everyone. The beet goal cheese salad is... wonderful and not over dressed. We also ordered the big dipper and it was terrific. Our server Brianne couldn't have beennicer...service was excellent and she made sure to check after we received our meals to ask if everything was to our liking. Great restaurant folks....please support Boston Pizza ... good quality, decent portions, good selection. Read more
Given the shortages experienced by the entire food industry, i will excuse the tardy service, although will give points for the... effort, as it was still leaps and bounds ahead of others. Food was good, but lacking in the quantity normally associated with BPand overpriced for the portion size.. Overall a good time, but it may be awhile before i return again. Read more
We had the pleasure of eating at Boston Pizza - from the moment we walked in to the time we left we were wowed! Not only does... Boston Pizza deliver on atmosphere and ambience but the food is outstanding, based on fresh seasonal ingredients clearly puttogether by a chef that has a true passion for food! The service was fantastic. The lady that served us, she was quick, readysteady and on the ball. Unquestionably the best in PIZZA - packed with flavour yet light as a feather! We had the Royal Hawaiinand BQQ Chicken. Really recommend this restaurant to anyone - family, couples and business diners. We are from South Africa,and this were the best pizza we have ever eaten. Went for dinner last night. The food was great however our server left a lot to be desired. Her section was clearly too big for... one person. From when we sat down until she came for drink orders was easily 15mins. We ordered our food at the same time. Ourfood came in about 20mins (which is perfectly fine) but our appy came at the same time. The food was not brought to the table bythe server. At no point did the server come back to the table at all - no drink refills, didn’t come to see if we neededanything else (my daughter wanted Parmesan for her spaghetti). She did come back after we were clearly done eating to get thekids dessert order and we had to ask for drink refills at that time. We arrived at 6pm, our food was entered at 6:18 ( as seenon receipt) and we left the restaurant at 7:36 (according to card receipt)… BP is our favourite family restaurant.
