Recently me and my friend went here for breakfast and we order few meals , and the server who took the order said that we order... food enough and which was very uncomfortable for us , so we order food came in it was great but the meal that I order there waseggshells in it I told server to take it back , no apology nothing it?s ok fine but then she didn?t even respond and we had towait another 20 more minutes it was very rude behaviour her name was TANYA , if management read this she need to go to training for better customer experience again this was not the behaviour we were expecting it is not accurate. I hope management willtake this to consideration to make better service for all the customer . Never going to this branch ever again . Read more

I watched my plate of food sit under the heat lamp for 10 minutes....10 minutes!!!!! food was Cold!! We had 2 orders ..how do... you not bang off both orders at the same time ??? Who hired this cook lol .Potatoes were not cooked . I'm not sure half ofthem even touched the heat . It was more of a dipped in oil and put on my plate . Same for the second meal too . Potatoes wouldhave been better fresh out the ground ???? I mentioned it to our server , she was great and took it back for a new plate. Second plate had issues with the Potatoes again. the cook was clearly struggling with the whole heat to Potato ratio. Burntto a crisp on the outside and raw as a unpicked Potatoe out the ground on the Inside . My breakfast wrap was supposed to havefresh hot hollandaise sauce on it . They forgot it second time around . I asked for some on the side. The cup of sauce was JELLOLOL . Of course had to ask for another cup of sauce . This one was hot . OHHHH ANNNNNND the salt shaker on the table (which Isadly didn't take a picture of ) was as rusty as a old penny. The holes on the thing were blocked with RUSTY SALT inside andout. So folks, check the shakers !!! Our sever was wicked and the mocha drink was good ! Read more

Visited on a Sunday morning with a large group of family from all different directions. When I inquired about this by phone they... said they didn't do reservations, but they went out of their way to have several tables in a row finishing up at the same timeto accommodate us. We were aged 10 to 85 and everything in between. The atmosphere was just what we needed to visit and chatwhile waiting for breakfast. Our server was super. Attentive, keeping the coffee cups filled and the tea pots hot. The foodarrived hot, piled high with fresh fruit. This was a great time with food, family & fun. I would recommend to anyone who asked. I've been to a handful of Cora's and I like this one the best. Hostess and waitress were both excellent and my meal was... delicious. I'm not a big fan of the potatoes but I'm picky. Generous portions paired with fresh fruit is a great way to startyour day. Read more

I have never had a bad experience at a Chez Cora. Today was no exception. We were greeted and seated promptly, and our server... was very attentive and friendly. We were able to order and get our food very quickly, even though the greeter advised us theywere experiencing computer issues and things were running slower than usual as a result. Two breakfast poutines, a gargantuanbreakfast, a Louis the undecided, 3 Caffe lattes, a tea, and 2 coffees later... We left full to the brim, happily caffeinated! Read more

Consistency is key when it comes to chain restaurant's. Somehow, this Cora's location only manages to be consistently bad. I... typically dine at the Portland St location, which is consistently fantastic. I'm actually blown away at how bad they were ableto make my meal. I get the same thing every time I eat at Cora's. Western crepe-omlette. I've attached a picture of my meal soeveryone can see how pathetic it looks. The Hollandaise sauce, or lack there of, looked nothing like what I'm used to. It wasalmost congealed, like an old gravy. Potatoes were wet and nearly soggy and the toast was burnt. Even the "fresh" fruit wastasteless. I am done with this Cora's location. Take your business to the Portland St location. For the extra 7 minute drive, you'll have yourself a much better experience. Read more
