Made a big family dinner order thru Skip the dishes over 78$+, delivery driver shows up with two blizzards one small drink and... the free ice cream you get when you order 35$+, called the store and was told oh sorry someone didn't put the order in rightcall skip and get a refund, that was what I was told after spending so much money there, I contact skip and they tell me I'm notgetting a refund !!!!! And this is not the first time ordering stuff from here and it's completely incorrect or doesn't come atall with no call saying we don't have this item, and half the time ice cream orders look like a toddler made them half mixed,this store really needs to step up their game...... We ordered online (for pickup) and it took 30 minutes AFTER the projected pickup time to get our food, which was not even... prepared right. Blizzard cups were only about 75% full and not very solid by the time we got them. Fries were also only abouthalf full. It wasn't like the order was placed during the dinner rush or very near to closing time either, so this was aparticularly disappointing experience. Read more

Edit: We were able to directly contact them, and should receive a free burger. So, that's good. Not tricky after all. --- Mom... used her gift to get me a cheeseburger with bacon. I get home and there's no bacon on my burger! We wasted $7 for this, and onlynow did I see. That's not right. Someone's not doing what they should. Bad enough it's $7 for a single patty. Shame. ??Frustrating. Also, they didn't give us a receipt, so we can't even do anything. Very tricky. Read more
The standards of this location has dropped in the last year. We have been coming here since it was built. In the last few orders... we have gone through the DT and there has always been an issue. So this time we came in. 2 number ones with one ring. Nasty isall I can say. First gloves are used to protect the customers from contamination, not to protect your hands. They need to bechanged after each transaction with customers and after each food contact. Not here though it seems though. Second I did notorder eyelashes with my fries, nasty. Third the lettuce on my #1 was as rotten as could be also I switch out friend for ring ata cost of an extra .99 which is not a problem, but please 5 rings in a tray, Dartmouth Crossings DQ is not that cheap. I didnteven want to give you a 1 star but what ever. Very disappointed. We ordered 2 royal blizzards, 1 peanut butter and 1 oreo. We ordered and 35 minutes later, after multiple... people who ordered after us got their blizzards, meals, and etc, we finally got them. My partners isn't even full and they arerather soft and neither have the sauce center promised with the royal blizzards. I would have gone back in but I dont believethere would have been an improvement. Id suggest another location or trying a different ice cream shop Read more
