Guy in drive thru wouldnt take coupon cause it wasn't marked off. I didn't have a pen with me and he wouldn't give me a pen... either. Kinda funny because they accepted before without it beening marked off. Some rude customer service. Read more

I don?t often leave bad reviews, but I stopped by this location today and placed an order. The food was great, which is why I?m... giving it a 2-star, but I was made to feel super unwelcome when placing my order. The cashier was short with me and I felt as ifI were inconveniencing her just by placing an order (there was no line in-store and it was very quiet, too). The impolitemannerisms were uncalled for. Hope it doesn?t happen to others and that her day gets better. Read more

It was ok. Service was good. Got a Deal M.eal. Had to ask for the coupon for the sundae as I didn't want the sundae with my... meal. It melts too fast that way! When I presented my coupon for my sundae, I found out it cost extra for nuts on your sundae,$.79 extra. And believe me, they waste any peanuts on my sundae. Pretty sure it was not $.79 worth of nuts. Very disappointed with this visit. Ordered a blizzard for my daughter. We were told on the last visit that the next one would be... free because the employee didn't flip the blizzard over. We provided a name and number at the employees request. For whateverreason the information wasn't written down in the book or list or whatever. The worker went back and forth with someone andafter 5 minutes of back and forth we were told we would have to pay for it and call the manager in the morning. Clearly a failin DQs part and was poorly handled. Can't say I'll rush back. Read more

I had to repeat my order three times and they still messed it up and didn't give me the extra toppings they charged me for in my... Blizzard.
