Have been to this spot a few times since moving to Dartmouth. We?ve tried 5 or 6 different ones when we?ve had visitors from... away and everyone has always enjoyed their pies. My personal favourites so far have been the Brie/cranberry and the donair. Lookforward to tasting the rest! Read more
I'd say this was the best place to get a New Zealand style pie, but that wouldn't say much as I think it's the ONLY place to get... a pie like this! Still, if there were a hundred more, I would imagine the folks at Humble Pie would still be the best. Youguys rock, and I never eat anywhere else when I'm in the neighborhood. Read more
Very good pies the smell outside the shop got me interested in trying the pies here.The lady working at the front was very... friendly and knowledgeable. I got the chicken bacon Alfredo one and my boyfriend got the buffalo chicken one.Both tasted greatbeing in a relationship we shared both.We will definitely be back next time we are in Dartmouth. Unbelievably amazing!! I'd read an article about this place a year or so ago and stumbled across it yesterday. You will NOT be... disappointed if you love savoury meat/veggie New Zealand style pies. Near perfect in their reviews and for good reason. Consistent in quality of the pies and seasonal flavors. The newest, (at the... time of this review) Southern Chicken is delicious, just touch of heat and warmth without being too much for the averagecustomer. Read more
Have wanted to visit for some time but never made it over but was lucky enough that a visiting friend bought some and brought... over for us to try. The pies did not disappoint, yes they are pricey but they do use quality ingredients. Pies in the UK are alot cheaper but they can generally lack filling, these don?t, they are packed with filling. Perhaps selling in bulk should berewarded with some discount? Either way they are excellent pies, thanks for making these available in NS, great job guys. Read more
A great ?on the go? quick bite to eat. They have a pie for just about any taste, great selection. The food is tasty and they... have a very fast turn around if you are dropping in to grab lunch. Staff has always been pleasant to deal with in every trip Ihave made. I would recommend giving them a try! Read more
