I am not a hard person to please but I have been living in Dartmouth for years and this location has never not disappointed me.... I decided to give it one more chance tonight and same as always, the order took 10 minutes to get, the food was old, soggy andlukewarm and even the soda was warm after I paid $30 for it?..I?m done eating here. I just left kfc mic mac mall..i must the service rendered was appalling and nobody should go through that kinda treatment at the... restuarant, I got there at 8.20 pm and I was told they ran out of chicken and they were closing in 10 mins but once the whitecustomers got after me they had chicken for them , that's the most racist treatment I have ever experienced in my life , themanager of the store needs to call the servers to order mehn..i am never going to kfc again .this has to be the mostembarrassing day for me.. My friend and I (black ) went there at 8.20 pm and the Indian guy in the kitchen literally told us they were out of chicken ,... while the lady taking our order laughed about it . I walk away and next thing I know is they actually sold chicken to the otherwhite folks . Like seriously it?s unacceptable . KFC is known for chicken, that?s the only meat you sell . Consistently get the wrong items than what I ordered. Always takes between 15 to 20 minutes to get order. I?ll go to Manchu Wok... or New York fries from now on. Read more
Today I went their it was great pleasure to speak one of the managers (Satwant) he has very good customer skills, I ordered... boneless chicken it was so Awesome and yummy and they gave me fresh fries, Usually I like the mcd fries but this fries are morecrispy. We made a mobile order online and everything was paid fine. Well, they only just called after the pick up time saying they had... nothing but tender chicken. Funny when we were there for the pickup, the guy replied "We called and let you know there's nochicken." They didn't intend to cook whatever chicken in their fridge for the order until we questioned, "The payment wentthrough and there's no chicken for the order?" Well, Everything is fine. Great sitting area in the mall. Representative was nice and food was good. But these guys didn't have... ICE and Tissue Paper, that is really strange and if that happen often, it should be a matter of concern by their management. Ilike KFC but for the drink I had to run around other stores nearby without considering combo prices. Read more
