Ordered for delivery. I live less than 5km from this location. When it arrived the fries were cold, the biscuits were cold and... the potato salad was warm which I would have liked to be cold. Best location in HRM. Some of the teenage staff lack certain social skills and can't seem to put down the phones... but that is... pretty normal and I am sure will be corrected over time. I crave KFC once in awhile and this is close to my home and they have not disappointed as if yet so it's all good there.

Food Poisoning. On Wed, Aug 26, 21. I purchased a combo meal that had a Big Crunch, Dried out fries, Pop corn chicken, gravy... and a lemon flavored drink. After eating the KFC I felt like throwing up around 30 minutes later. After one hour I really feltill in my stomach and then I vomited and had Diarrhea. Normally the food is okay but they got something wrong when making myorder. It was extremely difficult getting a hold of someone to speak with at their location, the phone would ring and it seemedlike someone picked it up and then hung up the phone, this happened three times and on the fourth call someone answered. Iexplained what had happened, FKC employee said it was not our fault but would mention it to the manager on Monday. It easy tosee he did not care in the way the KFC employee spoke to me, cold emotionless, uncaring. Paid $25 for 2 gravy and a large popcorn children as I wanted to make tater bowls for my kids. I get home and the gravy is half... full and the chicken was not full either. You pay more for everything and get less, so annoyed! Read more
