Shopped here on Saturday. The pasta is crazy fresh. The pesto and roasted red pepper sauces are really awesome. Will be back!!
Chef Michael and his team did a bang-up job catering for our staff party this year. The food is authentic and delicious- no... corners cut or shortcuts. This place is just off Portland St., and I did not even know it was there except going to see an apartment in the area, so we... went back to try the food. They do not have a big eat-in area, so I assume a lot of their business is take away or pasta to cookat home, but their food is delicious. We had a kale salad and a spicy pasta dish and both were delicious . You can get wine orbeer here as well, so it is an interesting spot to eat or to get your favorite pasta or sauce to go. Read more
Wow what a fantastic meal! It?s beyond reasonably priced and I?m always worried about portion size as my husband eats so much -... but safe to say we had leftovers and he kept saying ?this is so filling!? What a win! We got the bolognese meal kit withmeatballs and bread. This is going to be our new go-to weekend or evening take out. Only takes a few minutes to put together athome! Made some chicken noodle soup and added some dried fusili noodles from Maria's. The noodles held up great in the soup, were a... fantastic texture, and a surprisingly rich flavor for dried noodles. Looking forward to ordering a couple of meals from here!! Read more
UPDATE: 27/08/2020 After the owner being so kind to me after my last visit I felt I should go back and try something else on... the menu today (originally had the grilled veggie sandwich - nothing wrong with how it was made but did not like it) Today mywife had the BUCATINI CARBONARA and I had the MAFALDINI CAIO E PEPE I took pictures of each. (I think, I asked for a vegetarianpasta haha) Both were amazing, you can tell easily the pasta was made fresh, a much different texture than store bought (yum).I have never been to a fancy Italian restaurant but the food here I am convinced is equal to it and much cheaper. The Sauce wasfantastic as well. I plan to go back and try more pastas and buy a few frozen foods and pasta sauces.
