Ordered on the app so that it would be ready when I got there or not long after. Waited 45 minutes after I arrived waiting for... my food! After waiting almost 30 minutes I was asked what I was waiting for. When I finally did get home with the food, it wasnot made the way I had requested. Multiple people came in and ordered at the counter and got their food within minutes. I willnot be back to this location. Of all the fried chicken franchises in the area, Mary Brown's is the best by a long shot. The food tastes great, and the taters... are much better than the limp soggy fries from the other places. Read more
The blonde tall chick that works the cash should not be in customer service. I waited almost 5 minutes for her to take an order... from the phone and then when she was done she just starred at me. Later when i got my order I asked for some ketchup, sherolled her eyes at me an tossed them over like I was taking her precious ketchup. The food absolutely carries this place. If the food was even remotely worse than it is now then I wouldn't come here again.... Would definitely not recommend eating inside, just pick up and drive home. Read more
