I have had more bad experiences than good at MacDonalds. From Dauphin Manitoba to Dartmouth crossing NS. Everything is warm at... best. I go back each time for the fries but they are only mediocre if only warm. So I picked up a burger and fries at Dartmouthcrossing. Asked to pull over and wait. Great. Everything will be hot? not. I pulled over to eat in their lot. 15 second drive.I must say they are consistent. Luke warm. Last time MacDonalds. You suck. Read more
The employees struggle from my observation for putting in the combo for breakfast this morning. We observed that the fingers... were in the cup while making iced coffee and coffee. Ketchup dispensers were empty so I opened the lids to make it as obviousas possible. The employees walked by disregarding this. Wet floor signs are still left out regardless of dry floor for anextended period of time. The employees yell alot which actually disrupts the main customer area. General cleanliness isacceptable where about 30 percent of the tables are dirty... I'm being lenient there. Extreme retraining would be recommendedalong with restructuring. Read more
Really bad McDonald's. Can tell the higher ups aren't doing their job or doing it "too well" to the point where accuracy is... thrown out the window and their times are all that matter. Very apparent most management is poorly trained, not customerfocused at all or advances too quickly. Needs an internal employee overhaul if they want to keep their staff. Overheard talk ofquitting on my last visit, and not surprised. Hope the higher ups make the necessary changes, and if not, that staff findgreener pastures. Overall, dirty lobby. Bakery case - tons of smudges. Poorly maintained self-serve. Male washroom often pee onthe floors unwashed. Generally friendly service but cut down from accuracy mistakes. Hear staff talk about if the product isready for the drive thru despite ignoring multiple customers waiting at the counter for 10-30 mins. I waited 20 mins in Marchone time for a Shamrock Shake only to be told they were out of it. Took extra time to just get a replacement Chocolateshake. Owner of this franchise must be ashamed. Worst MacDonalds I've been to. Ordered through the app and at first window did not tell us one item wasn't available. Missing... fries and wrong nugget sauce. Fires we did get were not fresh and nuggets had been sitting for a while. When I went in, had toget a cheaper item instead of the out of stock one and the manager didn't want to give me a refund for the difference and shewas acting like she was doing me a favour for asking for fresh fries and nuggets! Has to be the most dirtiest McDonald's I have ever been to. Trash on the tables an also the floor I got my food an tried to find... a place to sit. Having to go to a dirty table as there is no clean ones. Been here for a half hour didn't see one person comeout to clean. They are more into the dive through then anything eles. Read more
My friends ordered earlier than me. My order came 3 minutes after. We ordered the same items. His came after 20 minutes, 12... other customers after them got all their stuff and its not like they just got a little thing of fries or nuggets. UPDATE08/03/2022: 2 iced coffees did not have to take 20 minutes. Terrible service and when I got to work there was this hair in my sandwich and the hashbrowns we ordered were cold and soggy.... Waste of 17 dollars. I tried to call but no one would answer. Last 3 times were awful ???? Read more
I came to this location for lunch today. My first stop was the bathroom to use it and wash my hands. The toilets are... disgustingly dirty! Once someone at the counter decided to come to the line waiting for she was friendly enough. The lady whopassed me my food seemed bothered buy the fact the me the customer needed to have my food given to me and when I said thank youto her she walked away! I'm unsure if these people realize without us the customer there is no business and saying you'rewelcome is not a difficult task! And on top of that my burger was wrong, the extra mayo I paid for was not on my burger, I hopesomeone else got it! Read more
