Absolutely stunned with how bad this place is. No directions on how to order, no one around to ask. Tables are filthy! Chairs... everywhere! Used the washroom and there was no soap and the smell was unreal. Like sewage! Only reason why we went here isbecause my daughter really wanted to try it out. So grossed out and disappointed. For a community party on Aug 20th, 2022 , I wanted to go with Pizza Hut, because they had their BOGO deal on. The days prior to... the party, I tried to contact Pizza Hut by phone 5 times over the course of 3 days. No one ever answered the phone. Once, therecorded msg said they were closed, when they weren?t. Because I had a few questions, and couldn?t reach them, I drove to thestore. They acted surprised when I said I?ve been calling and no one answered the phone. They answered my questions within 2minutes. It took me longer to drive there. Day of the party, at 11:30am I attempted to order the 10 pizzas online, and wantedthem ready for 12:30-1. After several attempts, I received the same error msg, it advised me to call the store because therewas a issue. Which I did.. and you guessed it NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. I went to the store once again, advised what I wastrying to do, and that I wanted to use the online BOGO code. The employee has me try again, then had me upload the Pizza Hutapp, then he tried again, on my phone? we both got the error msg each time. He said it was an online deal, and the best hecould do was give me 20% off, I advised that wasn?t ok, and I wanted the offer. He called someone who authorized the managersdeal of 50%, but advised he?d have to put the orders in 2-at-a-time. That was fine by me. The person he spoke to also advisedthere was an issue with the BOGO code. I advised I wanted them delivered because I already had to come to store. He said ok,and that he would waive the delivery fee. After placed all 5 orders for 10 pizzas, I said what about delivery, he says it wouldbe too expensive because he had to make it 5 different orders.. At this point, I was just frustrated and done with the wholesituation. And made the decision to just come back to pick up the pizza. Literally the worst experience I've had here. Ordered two normal pizzas, two gluten free pizzas. The normal pizzas were fine.... The two GF pizzas were for me, to last a couple days. The crust was so hard around the outer edges I couldn't eat the outer 5cmall the way around both pizzas. The pizza in general had a thickness of less than 1cm (including toppings). The toppings lookedlike they were thrown at the crust. At least the taste was fine in the parts that were edible. I ate both pizzas in one sittingif that tells you how little food was on them. It had been a while since I ordered from Pizza Hut but I had a craving and couldn't resist. I went online to look at the deals... and turns out they had a few offers that were online only so I took advantage of that. Medium pizza and boneless wings for $28all in. Not bad. The pizza was delicious, the boneless wings were great, and the customer service was speedy and attentive. I'lldefinitely be ordering more in the future. Read more

I?m not much of one for fast food pizza. We have a lot of amazing independent pizza places in this city. But I?ll tell you -... this place does an amazing job. If you?re looking for artisanal or had tossed crust or organic toppings, go somewhere else. But if you?re looking for consistently hot, delicious, fresh, well made classic pizza, this is the place.
