It?s a good place to get some pretzels! Tons of flavours and tasty. I recommend the pretzel dog and mozzarella bite.
It is exactly what you think it is. A pretzel stand that sells a variety of flavoured pretzels. It's a good spot if you are... craving something buttery and breadie. It's not as quick as you would expect as normally there is only 1 staff who has to take,make,and bake orders creating a bit of a bottleneck. That being said staff is super friendly. Read more
This location is better than the one that just reopened under new owner at Halifax Mall but it has less choices of Mrs Fields... pastries. The one that reopened at Halifax Mall is super stingy on toppings! Read more
The pretzels here as pretty good as are the bites and the dogs. The price is fair and the staff are great. On rare occasion when... its really busy the wait is a bit much and i have had undercooked dough on one visit. Overall a great snack but it can be a busyspot. Read more

Faithful Pretzelmaker consumers, but today we had an experience with a man (assuming a manager as he was training some visibly... shaken kid) that made us decide not to return. First, we watched this man get upset with the newer employee out back, withincustomer earshot. We waited approximately five minutes before they noticed us. Then he proceeded to be very rude from thebeginning of the transaction, and pushy in terms of ordering quickly despite us being the only customers around. When I askedfor a specific flavour of bites that I?ve ordered several times at both this location and Halifax, he claimed that it wasn?tpossible because the sauce, ?came out at 175 degrees and would burn the skin off of peoples fingers.? Said sauce is kept at thesame temperature as pretzels, as they are stored within customer sight under the warmer. He proceeded to explain this threetimes, even though we had said that we no longer wanted them and moved to the pick up counter to receive the first order. Uponsitting to eat the food, we found that the bites were doughy/undercooked, definitely not at typical PM standards. The coatingwas barely there, bites were plain at the bottom so we didn?t finish them. Waste of time and money. Read more
