I went in today (April 26th, 2021 @ 4:15 p.m.) and the man who served me did not seem pleased to make my order. He slammed... things, grabbed the veggies and literally threw them on my sandwhich. I mentioned to the gentleman he should work on customerservice as this is a food establishment and left. I usually always have great customer service here but this gentleman but whenIm being polite I expect it back. I didn't get a have a good day, do you want a receipt, nothing. Normally I never have an issue with this location until today where a new to me lady was working. I noticed she was very sweaty... and that was fine until I saw her drip sweat over my kids sandwiches. I kindly pointed out that she was dripping and asked ifone out of four sandwiches could be remade as I'm pretty sure she dripped in it. The lady wiped herself down but as the otheremployee remade our sandwich, she continuously gave me dirty looks. I did not mean to offend or embarrass her but could notwatch her sweat into our food. This location really needs some more staff on. Whenever I go in there there is only 1 staff member working. One of the staff... members is super fast and good at his job so he?s ok alone but there?s another staff member that should NOT be left alone inthat store. You will wait at least 30 mins for a sub! I seen so many people just walk in and out because they could tell itwould be a wait. Sad for the owners because they are really losing out on money with the amount of customers I just witnessedwalk in and out of that store without ordering. The veggies are almost never fresh. I kindly asked for extra lettuce 3 times andI still didn?t get enough. It?s like the veggies come out of their pays! I will only be returning to this location when myfavourite working is working. There's this guy that works nights and never changes his gloves and it grosses me right out. defeats the entire purpose of... putting gloves on. I pulled in tonight and seen him standing there with his old gloves on ready to serve the next person. It'sgross. Read more
