Had a nice visit there ? Staff was amazing, very friendly and great service. Ordered A Quarter Leg Dinner and 1/2 Rack of Ribs... and baked potatoe. Chicken dinner was great but unfortunately I wasn't impressed with the ribs because I had to chew off themeat from the bone although the signature BBQ sauce was fantastic. Very unpleased. I wish I can post a photo but it will not let me. There were very little amount of fries, like not even a... handful size. Had to cook our own fries from the freezer because whoever made the order skimped incredibly. Also did the quartersize chicken become half a quarter size? Seems like Swiss chalet is cutting a lot of corners these days. Unsatisfied customer. Read more

For the third time in a month my order was wrong. Very disappointing because I love the food. I order 1/4 chicken white with... Cole slaw. Really not complicated. Twice I received with no dipping sauce and once was dark meat. I don't enjoy without sauce atall, nor do I like dark meat. Just very disappointing after a long day working. A woman with no name tag on tells me that combos I get for take out here don't come with a drink even though I see one on the... board in the picture with the food..... lol, good help is hard to find I guess. 2 stars for lacking professionalism and poorcustomer service. Worst experience in a drive thru ever. When on my break from work with only one car ahead of me, I decided to go through. They... were extremely rude and told me a poutine would cost 17$ But yet the price only was only 9$. Overall I wasted my whole break,and money since I waiting for 24 minutes, didn?t even get what I ordered and food was cold. Read more
The veg burger patty and buns were dry, the sides were good. Also there were fruit flies in dinning area!
The last two visits i ordered the festive special ( roast bedf) the first visit the plate the food was cold no stuffing or... cranberries and chalet sauce instead of gravy I sent it back and the replacement was barely warm and still no stuffing. Lastnight i again ordered the festive roast beef dinner it came with a baked potato which was warm, roast beef cold and a bun nogravy no stuffing no cranberries. This was after an hour wait.
