Where do I start? Orders are always wrong, bagels are never toasted (barely warm) with almost no cream cheese on them, and I... have watched paint dry faster than the speed at which the drive thru line up moves. Every time I?ve gone there my coffee has been made improperly or I?ve gotten a hot coffee when I requested iced coffee, staff is... all young teenagers and three of them I?ve met have been quite rude and even started swearing over their headsets. Just today Ihad gone there and ordered my coffee. The lid was not even remotely secured to the top of the cup and spilled as soon as it waspicked up. Read more

I used to like Tim's, but every time I go there now i find myself regretting it. If get food there it going to suck. sure the... coffee is adequate and the donuts not bad, but your a coffee shop that's a given there's just nothing special about Tim'sanymore. 5 star for Good food , quick service, convenient location and parking. 0 star for rude service, even no reply when you say... Hello or thanks. Only 1 or 2 staff members knows how to serve at front end. Rest of the staff seems like trained to be Rude. Read more

Almost every second day they mess up my coffee. It's not a hard order a med 2 cream 2 sugar. I've called and complained and... still proceed to mess it. I understand when it's a large order with multiple coffees but this is just a single coffeeorder. Step your game up timmies. Atleast McDonald's get my coffee right. Read more

4 star as this place so has been the only one over the years that keep the coffee taste consistent, and have never messed up my... order yet. Also give them props as they were able to serve coffee when the power went out as they were prepared for morningrush. UPDATE... Third day in a row trying to get a scan for my roll up. Every time a different excuse. Last one it must bescanned before it's paid for. I had my phone in hand with it open. If she knew this why was my phone not scanned? Regardlesshorrible service. The staff has been great but with change come a learning curve, however there are senior staff always seniorstaff in morning. Regardless last coffee customer here from this branch. Read more

Just ordered a vanilla latte from the drive thru. After getting my order wrong and thinking I wanted a tea latte and not a... normal espresso latte, I get home to find it was literally only half filled. Pretty miffed considering these things aren't cheapto begin with. Tried to contact a manager as well and can't find any numbers or contact info to complain directly.
