I went through the drive thru on a mobile order and when I got to the window the worker had to tell me the birthday donut wasn't... available. I like using the mobile app. It saves time,I don't need to waste time paying, and I usually can just walk in and grab my order... and run . The Tim's on 16 Kiltearn Row Dartmouth must not get many mobile orders. They never checked the monitor untilafter I was standing there for 3 cash orders. My order was in 3 minutes before I got there and 10 people were served before Ileft. My advice to all.... do the drive thru at this location ????. Read more

Went in the store today for my mobile order pickup. I was in shock!!! The woman in ?charge? was so RUDE. She was yelling at me... and the East Indians working because she said they didn?t have my order!!! The workers told me they did- so did my mobile app!!!I will contact the head office to make sure she is held accountable for her rude and malicious behaviour towards me and hersubordinates!!! I always have a wonderful experience at any Tim Hortons I stop at. The staff is always very friendly and willing to answer any... questions a customer might have. The food is great and drinks are good most of the time. I have received a bad drink a few timesbut the staff are willing to replace it or give me my money back. Very accommodating. Read more
