The end of June I went through the drive thru on my way to the doctor's office. And had a full large cup of coffee spill all... over my lap, the girl at the window told me to contact head office to get it resolved when about two weeks later the "owner"only agreed to a cup of coffee. This person is a joke that owns it. Read more
The WORST staffing. Karen and her bestfriend that work together are absolutely awful employees. The most negative people my... boyfriend and I have met. We asked for a glass of water with our $30 purchase and Karen and her friend were denied us serviceand started talking about myself and my boyfriend to her fellow staff. We tried to return one more time, and they were boththere again and they messed up our entire order. Not sure how these people are your supervisors but the mangers and team shouldbe ashamed of allowing this kind of behaviour. We will never return to this location. Read more
