Ate here for the first time this Sunday and received abysmal customer service, where one staff member seemed very selective... about who (and in my case who NOT) to serve. Giving 3 stars because the food was good and another staff member (in a turban) waspicking up all the slack. I would advise staff retraining on treating all guests equally. Read more
My boyfriend suggested this place so I went for it and so glad I did! The two staff were amazing and so friendly striking up... some casual conversation. I had the chicken and beef Plate and it was sooooo good. I also didn?t want to two options of rice sothey gave me more salad and I loved that. Going to take my daughter back to try as well. Read more
Update: horrible female no longer employed. All is again right with the wonderful yummies and pleasant staff! Worst service -... short female - refused to sell the chicken shawarma - said it was for delivery orders only. So?? Not for paying customers at thecounter?? Epic fail. Read more
I didn?t go here for years, as I usually went to another place in the food court, but my friend suggested here and I?m hooked! I... like meat as much as the next guy, but have never had it here - the non-meat options are that good! It seems a little pricey,but the amount of food that you get makes it a good value. I've been eating here since they opened. Their food quality and portions were fantastic years ago, but slowly started getting... worst. Usually alway live this place when dining in, place an order for delivery today. Gave me no pickles which I requested and tons... of turnip which I did not want, wrong side salad and to top it off in the tiny bit of chicken they did give me I ate only tofind a bone piece in one ? not sure how that is the case when I?m person I always see them take meat of rotating skewer.Completely unhappy and waste of money, tried to call and of course no one answers.
