This outstanding restaurant is in Dauphin but I live in Winnipeg and we have some of the best Chinese food in the province here.... The Hong Kong Café never disappoints. It can go toe-to-toe with the best Chinese restaurants we have here! They are friendly,fast and the food is always hot and very delicious.
