This store is one of the most incompetent I've ever been to. and to make matters worse, it is closed because they can't answer... inside and drive. and even so they serve 1 car every 10 minutes. do the math for the wait...insane Read more
Pulled up at 8:10 to get ice cream. They were closed even though the sign clearly stated closed at 9pm. These guys are never... open when they say they are and they never have product when you ask. Idk if they really don't have it or if the staff doesn'twant to actually make anything... Read more
Horrible place employees do not care. Could not even take an order, had nothing in stock and had to repeat the order 3 times and... they still messed it up. I have family that owns Baskin Robbins store back home and this is appalling, really ruins theexperience. Went to Wendy's and got 3 frostys no problem.... Read more
Went in since this is also a Dunkin donuts to purchase a couple drinks and donuts. Tried to find a place to sit every single... table was filthy dirty. They had no change for cash paying customers and I ordered 4 Bavarian creme and got vanilla cremeinstead. Only one employee so was told I had to wait on her to ring up the rest of the customers behind me before she couldstart my order. For such a busy area that is unacceptable. Stopped for ice cream, we asked for 3 common flavors?each time the girl said, we don?t have that. She wasn?t friendly at all.... Finally we asked, what DO you have. She listed a few and my husband ordered one. It was the tiniest scoop of ice cream I?ve everseen and it was barely balanced,, sitting precariously on top of the cone, We had to laugh, but definitely not impressed withthis Duncan/BR location at all. I cannot believe the horrible service I receive here over and over again. Tonight was the last straw. I pulled into the drive... thru at 9:48pm, aware they close at 10pm. I started my order with a Reeses cup sundae. The associate in the drive thru paused aminute and then said, "well we just, like, pulled the ice cream out of the freezer. And it's like super hard." Ok...and? Thenshe said, "but I can try to like scoop it out for you, if you really want it." Ummm, are you serious? So your telling me, as acustomer, that you actually have the ingredients to make the order (Which is rare for this location), yet youd rather not makethe order because it's going to be difficult for you? I almost laughed at the audacity! As a cook myself, when were open...weare open. There's no cutting corners, you make the orders your given until closing time. The customer doesn't care about what'sgoing on in the kitchen, and for an associate to tell a customer that it's inconvenient for them is totally unacceptable. I justdrove away before I said anything i would regret. Oh and they totally botched my son's ice cream birthday cake a few monthsback They were supposed to write Happy Birthday Mason with #4 next to it...we got an ugly H.B. and a scary looking alligator.They literally have no idea hiw to read an order form. We didn't go back and complain to the manager because we were runninglate for his birthday plans and they wouldn't have been able to fix it then and there anyway. Tried to get my son an ice cream cone at 5:40pm on a Saturday and they had the doors locked. There was even a worker inside with... his headphones on playing on his phone. I got his attention, he didn?t open the doors and told me to go through the drivethrough. Ridiculous. Read more
