In the burger I bought, I felt how much the chef didn't like his job, and I'm sure you'll join me if you come here. There was so... much mustard in it that I felt it up to my throat at every bite, in the end, I threw 2 burgers away and ate only a drink andfrench fries, which they had over fried because I was hungry. And when I asked for ketchup and mayonnaise for french fries, theguy in charge officially threw a handful of sauce in front of me and turned around and went to the back. It's pretty rudebecause I politely demanded "can you please". Then, while a lady was trying to convey her complaint about a matter, they startedan argument and officially fired the woman from the branch. Also, the application of this company is terrible, it tells me thatI have 10 USD points, but you cannot benefit from the points by saying use it because clicking becomes passive during the order. Terrible... The small coffee was mud colored after four creamers and tasted like poison. The French toast was cold and the cold... syrup was unsealed, sticky and leaky. Apparently the whole delivery of syrup is leaking because she wiped off the next onebefore handing it to me and it was still sticky. Doesn't anyone realize they'll attract ants with all that stray syrup? Anelderly lady turned in her hash browns because they were cold. And the fountain spurts brown stuff into the water when you tryto fill a bottle of ice water for your trip. Very disappointed because it's a nice new building in an up and comingneighborhood. Horrible. I placed my order and they told me 9 dollars and some change. I told them it was wrong they said don't worry about it... next window. I then correct the issues at the first window. Total is 16 and change. Get to the second window and they didn'twant to give me my fries, or drink Then they wanted to charge me 60 cents for cheese on my burger that I just paid. Waiting to long on drive- t. Then when finally got to the window the guy ignored us for a long time doing nothing, then he... started talking to his coworkers for another 5 minutes , then he did the transaction. I thought will done but no! He put ourorder on the counter, start walking around all the kitchen area in slow motion and finally gave us the food. But with the worstattitude. Without any excuse. It was at 8:35 pm on August 18, 2022. Black guy with long Dreadz and black glasses ???? . Theowner should be worry about his business. He could be making way more money if he have better employees. The staff here is friendly but who ever is making the food at this place which is literally the most important part of any food... establishment is not understanding how delicate food is. My burger had a piece of plastic what seemed to look like a sticker init, small and easy to swallow see photo attached. If the cook likes to eat plastic in their spare time that?s fine, more powerto you, but if this was placed intentionally in my burger for whatever reason you are lucky I refrained myself from cominginside. This location is garbage no matter how nice or new this restaurant is. Keep the petty 10 dollars I don?t want a refundfrom people that don?t care, but this place should be torn down. I was very excited when this Bk first opened, conveniently located and the food was hot, fast and delicious, in the beginning.... Since then, it's gone terribly downhill. Raw food, always cold, cheese NEVER melted on anything. I keep going and hoping it'llget better, but sadly it has not. I used to choose Bk over McDonald's any day, not anymore. The staff is wonderful, polite andefficient, I wish I could say the same about the food. I'm not asking for much, hot, cooked all the way food with melted cheese.Thanks. Read more
Meh... It was a quick stop to fuel the ole bob machine on one of our one tank road trips. Maybe the meat is different, not sure... what changed, but I think I've finally grown out of BKs food... Even the fries were off .. maybe it's some kind of Mandelaeffect. I do remember when whoppers were awesome. Maybe I'm just getting too old for fast food .. Read more
