Staff was overly attentive on cleaning your plates off table but not focused on importance of food put out or display of it.... Cinnamon rolls we're piles on a tray and lacked pizza on buffet. Pizza came out fast though and got what we needed. Quality offood went downhill. We've been coming here a lot in the past and may return after things change. Read more

About half an hour to an hour ago I witness something very crazy. A lady approached the manager very rude from what I saw the... manager shock his head yes and smiled I couldn?t hear him but heard her that was that, 10 minutes later she engaged him again.Now a back and forth took place where she called him rude and then he stated ?I didn?t raise my voice or call you any names howam I rude?? We as people have to be more considerate to hard working people like that gentleman, when I entered with my 2children my son and daughter he was very nice staying on his feet back and forth, cleaning and making pizza he also engaged myson at the register. He was doing a pretty damn good job if you ask me. That customer seemed like she wanted him to bow down toher versus doing his job. I also witnessed who I believed to be the owner come in 10 to 15 minutes after she left to speak tohis manager and another employee, I just wanted to give my options to the owner that manager that you have there is goingplaces, he was well spoken handled him self accordingly and very hard working. Chris was wonderful. We were here last weekend with two of my children and enjoyed Chris. My girls talked about him all week... long to the rest of the family. So we had to come back this weekend with all of the family, that?s eight people, Just to havesome wonderful pizza and the dinner show with Chris. The young boys were amazed with Chris and the Tricks. We have eaten at CiCi's many times back in Missouri and never experienced such a friendly staff as the employees at this... location. Everyone was friendly made us special pizzas that were perfect with plenty of toppings. The icing on the cake wasthe magic show from Chris!
