Working here at first my experience was very good and I had no issues with any of my managers or my employee?s. But since... working here I?ve decided to quit and not come back because of the specific person. Very blatantly disrespectful and doesn?trealize how uncomfortable she makes us workers feel and I know I am not the only one that has felt this way. An incident where Ihad no idea since i was just brand knew , just starting I was given no training to do this and I would?ve like a little help andI would?ve gotten it on the first try but instead of telling me how to do it she embarrassed me and was very disrespectful andfrom that day forward she would always give me dirty looks and make comments indirectly about how people don?t know how to dotheir jobs around here. And would hear her talk about me to other employees. She has done the same about other employees whenshe feels really mad she likes to talk about them behind her back which I think is very unprofessional. This had made meuncomfortable which I had to go to another manager about which also agreed that she was disrespectful and that people havecomplained and that I was not the only one that has felt like this. I have no problem with the owner the owner is a veryrespectful person but his wife really is the only reason why I decided to leave this job. But sadly he does nothing about it butjust goes along with it. This was not a very comfortable environment for me I would prefer to work when she?s not there. I haveseen her yell at other managers and be very disrespectful towards them and nothing is done about it because everyone is tooafraid to say anything because she is the owners wife. I hope that anybody else works there doesn?t tolerate this behavior and Ihope she does better because she is the reason that people leave this job. Decided to drive and try out the new Culvers on Saturday afternoon for lunch. We were greeted by an employee who held the door... open for us and were able to place our order pretty quickly. It took around 15-20 minutes to get our food, but I figured withbeing newly opened and new employees still in training, it made sense. I ordered the Ruben meal and my husband ordered the SpicyChicken meal. I was super excited when our order arrived but a bit disappointed with my sandwich. Being a Ruben, it should havea decent amount of sauerkraut but to my disappointment, there was around a tablespoon or so on it and only on one side of thesandwich. The other half had absolutely none. I chose not to take it up because it took a bit to get our food and also, to behonest, I just wanted to sit and enjoy my meal with my husband, who loved his food. Despite not really having much sauerkraut,it was still good and warm. We will definitely be back as Culver?s is a favorite of ours and this location is much closer thanothers. We did drive through at the new location off 27. The ordering was easy and the employee was very kind and came through clear. We... were given a number and directed to park and wait. It took 15 min to get our food, which isn?t terrible. Food was fresh and verygood. My husband got onion rings and said they were prefect. My daughter loved her corn dog and ate that whole thing. Amazing, Food was amazing!!! There was a lady at the door that said goodbye and hello, I had a missing cheese curd pack and I... told the lady at the front door and she said ?I will handle that for you and she gave me a free scoop of custard coupon for theinconvenience! This is our go to place. Haven't been disappointed yet. Staff work hard to satisfy and food is good. My only issue is the... fries. Once they get cool it's hard to eat. Just not the same and if you refrigerate it you might as well throw it out. Noamount of heating will bring those fries back to life. To avoid issues we just eat them first. Still one of my favorite familyspots. Try their ice cream...it's a hit for a reason!!!! Place is clean, family friendly and priced right. Read more
