Whew! Great service? I love wings and they were perfect!!! Fast and accurate????????
1hr 30mins after ordering delivery online, my order was delivered to the wrong apartment building, and I did not receive a text... when the order was delivered despite signing up for text alerts. My order sat outside, by the wrong person?s door, for anunknown amount of time. When I called to see what could be done about the situation, I was told to ?check it.? Called they said they don?t deliver to our address. Our address is 5 minutes down the road from Domino?s. Then they also said... they?re not taking orders. What a joke. Do not order from this Dominos. When I took a bite of my pizza, there was something in it that was stuck on the side of my mouth... and cut me. It looked like a piece of wood or bone of some sort. It was sharp but I couldn?t really make out exactly what itwas. I called and spoke with the manager Kenny, instead of apologizing and offering me a refund, he was argumentative. Heinsisted that whatever it was that cut me, did not come from his store. His exact word were ? we don?t have wood or anythinglike that here?. I understand the accidents like this happen but unfortunately the way the manager handled this incident wasextremely unprofessional. Kenny needs customer service training. I ordered my food around 8:47pm through the Domino?s App. The delivery driver left the store at 9:13pm and was supposed to... arrive around 9:25pm. Around 9:35pm the Domino?s app said my order was delivered. I didn?t receive my pizza until 10:15pm. Ionly order one pizza and it arrived cold. With my pizza I had 1 piece of a cookie brownie left inside the box that I didn?torder. That?s disgusting. Never ordering from this Domino?s again. Read more
Terrible it?s been an hour and still have not gotten our pizza when this store is only 14 minutes away. we?ve called multiple... times and still nothing do not order here you will be left hungry and angry. Read more
Worst domino's experience ever. My sister and I ordered food at 9:15pm we ordered we ordered 4XL pizzas and wings which added... up to over $125 and we didn't get our food until 11:31pm 30min before they close. The food looked like it was sitting for overan hour in the driver car. The driver said he know he wasn't going to get a tip once we started complaining how long he took andhow horrible the food looked. We call the Manger on duty that night asked to get a refund and he acted like he couldn't refundus so I asked for the district manager phone number and he said he is the general manager and that he owned the store, so I wentup there with the food and had to call the police to try to file a report so I could get my money back. The guy got mad and toldthe officer he would talk to him but he wanted me out of the store while he talk to him because I was trespassing. I'mstanding here with 4 boxes of pizzas and four 10 piece wings trying to return the food and I'm trespassing. The photos beloware pictures of the food and the Manger of the guy who said he own the store and there was no district manager. You can alsosee the officer in there. Unfortunately I'm unable to give a ZERO star, I paid for delivery that took forever, then it's delivered gave her a cash tip. I... open the box ad the pizza was cold and cheese was stuck to the box. Then they tell me it would be 45min to remake the order whenI should have been prioritized since I ordered first and it was damaged. But NOOOO that didn't happen. I picked up my pizza andwings that were remade and the "manager" said he could not give me my delivery fee back. WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY A DELIVERY FEEWHEN I'M PICKING UP A REMAKE??? PLEASE ANSWER THAT? HOW ABOUT A DISCOUNT ON THE PIZZA? NOPE NOTHING.... Not even a futurecredit.
