Ordered from here for the first time tonight and I don't think I'll be ordering here again. To start one of the pizza's I... ordered was their pepperoni magnifico. I am a huge pepperoni fan and a pizza places peperoni is usually a make or break for me.When I got my pepperoni magnifico that I ordered with extra pepperoni even though its supposed to have a ton already I could notvisibly see any. I was told it was under the other toppings and cheese. When I got home I searched and searched and picked thething apart and I think I found maybe 4 SMALL pieces of a pepperoni on the entire pizza. I got a "pepperoni magnifico" withoutpepperoni.... The sauce on both pizzas was very think even though I stated I wanted light sauce. I'll add it was not very goodeither. The cheese was very rubbery and seems to be a cheap off brand 5-cheese blend. The crust is extra thicc with 2 c's andtaste what I imagine a cardboard box taste like. Most of the toppings on the pepperoni magnifico were all clumped in the centervery few more then 2ins from the center. Both were cut so shallow i could not pull the pieces apart until I recut itmyself. The pizza was all around bad did not impress in any area. The cheesy bread was below average as well and was about 95%bread and 5% cheesy, same cheep cheese as the pizza but even less. As bad as I talked about it I'd still give 2 stars cause I'veactually had worse but not many. Also their wings were decent but not enough to go here just for them. Read more
TERRIBLE QUALITY AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered a deluxe pizza and some wings. Asked for all of it to be well done.... What I got was a stale pepperoni pizza that they then threw the deluxe topping onto. I could tell the toppings were addedafterwards because the pizza was cut before they threw the toppings on. The wing were pale and undercooked. When I called tocomplain the first thing out of the guys mouth was, ?we don?t do send out pizza like that.? If you messed up, say you messed upbut don?t insinuate that I?m the liar in this tale. He said he would refund me, I doubt he will. My advice, eat somewhere else &skip Marcos. Read more
The pizza here is delicious, definitely the best chain out there. However, if you could remind your staff to put a full spoonful... of sauce on the medium pizzas that would be great because sometimes they short change you. The picture I posted below is theideal amount because the sauce is spread evenly and thick enough that you can?t see the crust below it which I think should be arule of thumb for your pizzas as I find when it looks like that the balance is perfect. But, besides that the pizza is perfectjust the odd time it can go from a 10/10 to an 8/10 if you don?t use enough sauce. Read more
Simply put, don't order from here. We ordered online and gave a cash tip in person. When we got home we found Our pizza had tons... of pieces of hard plastic in it. Not sure if it's some kind of solidified glue or something that came from the packaging of oneof the ingredients. We submitted a complaint online in the order follow-up email as soon as we found the plastic. Someone fromthe location called us the next day and told us it was too late to get a refund despite and urged us to just submit a reviewonline instead. So here we are. Depends on which one you go to. I like their calzones. The best but the one on 192 and 27 don't sell them. If you can find... their calzones they are great. The pizzas aren't that good to me they also put yellow cheese on them. Don't like that. Read more
Great pizza at a decent price. Would definitely pickup pizza again at this location. Very helpful food pickup window.
I came here to order a pizza, calzone, and a sub after a long day at Disney World. It was 11:00 at night and they took care of... it within 10 minutes. Very fast service and polite even though I probably looked tired as a zombie and ordered like one too. Read more
