This place has absolutely no concept of customer service. I placed an order for almost $100 worth of pizza and meant to schedule... it for a later pick up. I called within 30 SECONDS of placing the order and they refused to help me, claiming the pizza?s werealready in the oven - 5 pizzas already in the oven, 30 seconds later? Unless they were all frozen there would have been no timefor that to actually happen. Even if they were frozen that wouldn?t have been enough time to take them out and put them on atray. The man I spoke with was so incredibly rude and refused to help me and then actually hung up on me. It is shocking thatthis place is in business and behavior like that is condoned by a major chain restaurant. Obviously they don?t need mybusiness. Save yourself the headache. We entered store cashier was on phone taking order so we waited patiently but never told to hold on or ill be with you shortly... Other workers did the same. Another customer comes in manager asks if he needs help as if we weren't standing for over 10 minswe still remained calm cashier finally gets off phone and we walk up to him .we put in our order we realized price was extremelyhigh then menu price So we put that out and was told oh yeah menu price changed ok that's not my problem I want price displayed Manager refused to adjust price but instead gave us a dessert for free only after we asked?? So we pay and wait patiently forpizza to be done. Don?t like to write bad reviews normally but for the first time in years I decided to order from papa John?s pizza, pizza was... not cooked enough dough was soft and only cooked toward one side more than the other ,the pizza we ordered was a spinach Alfredo and added chicken sounded flavorful and was not (75% of pizza wasted) The breadsticks were just pretty much a flatcheese pizza cut into sticks -_- with no sauce and the red sauce that came with it was very bland and tasteless . The only thingthat had any taste whatsoever or that I was slightly pleased with was the papa dilla it was hot and actually had taste to it.Noticeably very disappointed with my choice of meal and Wouldn?t eat from a papa John?s again nor recommend to anyone .
