I've had a bad experience here before with the food being burnt but it's close so tried again. No one wears gloves, not a... single person. They touch everything else and then the pizza. Terrible!! Worst Papa Johns I?ve ordered from! Never can get in contact with an employee to place an order. They put you on hold... then hang up. Horrible customer service. It?s always congested inside and too small of a building. The wait time is alwaysridiculously long. Don?t recommend! Read more
The pizza was horrible and dried out and they forgot half of my order. No one answers the phone and you are on hold forever.... Also not impressed with customer service online either. The delivery took at least an hour. Read more
I found a short hair in my cheese pizza it was disgusting I had a neighbor tell me they don?t wear gloves when topping the... pizzas they don?t even wash there hands this is suppose to be a new location and this is actually the worst place I have everseen. Maybe they should have an health inspector come and check it all out. I seen it at night time the restaurant is a totaldisaster stuff all over the floor and the Gm isn?t the brightest lightbulb for running this restaurant at all. I am very disappointed. Not only was the wait extremely long. Once the delivery driver came he dropped off the pizza on my... doorstep didn't knock ring my smart video audio doorbell. I was on hold for over 35 minutes then when I decided to just drive uparound the corner. The pizza on the floor cold. This is ridiculous. We are very upset with management and delivery person. Worst pizza experience. I ordered online paid for extra garlic sauce and peppercinis and didn't get either. When I picked up... the order, I had to ask the guy who was handing me the pizza for the peppercinis and garlic sauce. And even then he didn't giveme exactly what I ordered and paid for. So I had to tell him I had paid for 4 garlic sauce and extra peppercinis. I was theonly person inside the establishment at that moment. Aren't they reading the orders! I will be calling customer service andcomplaining! I'm lucky my order was not a delivery bc I wouldn't had gotten what I ordered. I won't be ordering from themagain! Read more
