I just recently moved here and was so excited because I love me a good trop but every time i?ve been here my order gets messed... up? today i ordered a buffalo chicken wrap with no tomatoes. When the girl brought it to me she even said ?buffalo chicken wrapw no tomatoes? and when I got home I got a wrap with lots of tomatoes and NO CHICKEN??? :( The staff is very friendly, but I?mvery disappointed by the trips I?ve made here so far. I actually love this place. The staff is always great and my food is always perfect!! You deserve 5 stars!!! However I'm very... disappointed that the last 3x I came here I had to run outside in the middle of enjoying my food because I have severe asthma. Icarry my equipment with me everywhere and a nebulizer on me. What I don't like is that this establishment allows patrons tobring in their animals from the vet next door after their visit. Just today I was sitting by the door and two ladies walk inwith their cat in a crate. The crate fell and popped open. All you saw was the dander and hair from the cat all over the air.The way the sunlight hits the window you can see everything. When I tell you I ran out there, I couldn't run fast enough. So nowas I'm writing this I'm hooked to my asthma machine taking a treatment. I have absolutely nothing against animals I'm justallergic to their dander and hair. This is an establishment of food, where the kitchen and smoothie bar are exposed to everyone.Animals shouldn't be so close to food. Thank you. Read more
Another day, another messed up order? this place is filled with YOUNG workers no manager and attitude. Not the way to run a... business. Time and time again this location lets me down. Someone of age with EXPERIENCE needs to be on site managing thislocation! Daily. And the owners need to pay that manager what they deserve. Period. Love this chain, however we order from thislocation all the time. They mess our orders up so often I basically eat for free every other time. It?s super frustrating thoughbecause I have limited time on my work schedule and when I need curbside I NEED Curbside. I come here all the time and the lady in the cash register not wearing a mask.
