The lady who brought out my food was nice but I am still waiting In the parking lot for my delivery order and it?s 20 minutes... past the estimated time that I was given. I will probably be late to work because of this so I hope the food is at least worthit. Update: they also got my salad wrong and my Mac and cheese was cold. Read more
When arriving at the restaurant there were a total of 10 tables, I'm assuming they were short staffed as we needed to wait about... 5 minutes to be seated. After ordering the food it was roughly 35 minutes until it was delivered to the table, a bit long of await but understandable if short staffed. I ordered a bbq whiskey burger medium well (as the waiter told me medium well and welldone were the only options - no medium), the new waffle fries, and added $1 for 5 wings. The burger was incredibly dry andveryyy well done. And the bbq whiskey sauce was barely on the burger at all, almost as if they put it on and then scraped itoff. There is a $0.50 upcharge for waffle fries and usually applebees is generous with their fry portions, there were a grandtotal of 7 waffle fries on my plate. For being upcharged. The wings were fine, no issues there. The waitress never revisited thetable after food had been dropped off until they dropped off the check, when my water needed to be refilled about 5 minutesprior to that - and was never asked or taken to get refilled. I left the store still hungry and still thirsty, getting more foodand drink from Walmart afterwards. I've never had any egregious issues in the past with Applebees but my experience this timeputs me off from ever revisiting this location. Read more
I ordered my steak medium and it came to my table well done. I was horrified. However, they did take it off my bill entirely... without me even asking, and offered to cook me a new steak, so I have no problem returning to give them another shot. Hopefullynext time I go, I'll return here to give them another star. Read more
The waitress was rude! She told us first thing she was having a bad day and didn't want to be there. She took our drink order... then never brought it to us. Another waitress went and got it when we asked where our waitress was 25 minutes later.she finallytook our order and I got the endless wings. After another waitress brought us our food she finally came back to check on us andI ordered another drink after seeing my drink on the bar for 15 minutes I had to go get it myself. 10 minutes she showed backupand told me my drink has been sitting on the bar. After 45 min I finally got my 2nd plate of wings. She was so bad that 2 othertables called for the manager. Every time I saw our waitress hanging out by the bar she was on her phone instead of helping hertables. The manager gave us a $10 off card that will never get used. I get better customer service at McDonald's!!!! Never wastyour time or money going to west kimberly applebee's!!!!!!! Zero stars would be perfect for them! Read more
Love it here, come here often. Got food poisoning/sick from something here recently, I think it might've been from one of the... chicken appetizers. Although it could've been just my stomach, any other time I've been here, service has been great and foodhas been great. Heck even the food I *might've* gotten sick from tasted great and came out hot lol???? Servers are always niceand give off positive energy. My family and I went their to celebrate our niece 18 birthday. The greeter proceeded to sit is at a table by the door. I asked... her could she start us in another area. She totally flipped out! Snatched the menus up, proceeded to another table, threw themenus on the table, rolled her eyes, (had the worst attitude I've ever seen), and left! All because of my request for anotherarea! Before leaving we spoke to the Manger about her behavior, we were offered a free entre with our meal! While we weretaking to the Manger the greeter walked by laughing! Awful service!
