We had been here in the past and always enjoyed our time. We reserved the VIP bowling area as we had 4 kids and 4 adults. We... reserved 2 hours.. Even though that area is expensive we had to go down to the bar area to get our own drinks. Not that big of adeal. Then we ordered some pizza and pretzels for the kids. Well?. Since there was only 1 person down there you can imagine howthat went?.. the VIP area lanes kept messing up and needing to be reset. The balls kept getting stuck in the back. The one lanecompletely shut down in the middle of our second game. The guys were back there for a long time trying to get it fixed but itnever did start functioning correctly. We just have up playing on our lane. They said a couple of times they were trying to giveus more time. That never happened. But we were good and just wanted to leave. One would think they would have comped most orall of the second hour ($150 per hour), but they didn?t. Instead the comped our food. (Maybe $60). Some of the food should havebeen comped as well because the pretzels were cold inside and the beer cheese that they came with was barely warm and superclumpy. Very disgusting looking. Suffice it to say we will not be visiting this establishment again and they should definitelyclose the VIP area until that area can be maintained appropriately! Read more
An absolute waste of time and lack of managing. Went in for a bachelor party and had a reservation from 5-7 for bowling. They... had no employees present to work the bowling alley and asked if we would mind pushing the start time of our bowling to 6 andasked us to wait in their lobby. We sat and waited until 6:30 for a worker to finally show up only to have the worker say theywould not honor our reservation because it was past 5 and they were booked out and were only going to use two lanes tonight outof their 6. After taking to the highly untrained and rude manager she told us she would talk to him and came back up to saythere was nothing she would or could do about it. We will not be back, hopefully they can find some competent management forfuture guests. Read more
I wish I could give this more stars because the staff and bar and music is fantastic. The reason that I am giving this one star... is because the bowling alleys need maintenance. There is no oil on the lanes so the bowling experience itself is bad. Read more
Very pleasant venue for bowling birthday party. Enjoyed my visit very much. Ball selection was a little tight on the finger... holes but the evening was a great success anyway. Read more
Went here for the first time with a group of 4 to bowl. I wanted to try some of the delicious sounding food they had on their... menu. As I started placing my order I was told they were out of everything except fry?s and frozen pizza. The bartender was veryfriendly and nice LOVED her!! Read more
Don't bother trying to get in here if there's any kind of wedding or event on the weekend. We were able to get a private VIP... area on a Sunday evening though. The vibe is fun. Jukebox is the only music so unless you're willing to feed that all night it'sjust TV shows on the screens. Photo booth was broken. Took our money twice despite the young lady working trying to fix it. Shewas super nice and helpful. They have literally the best bowling shoes I've ever worn. Not much selection for bowling ballswhich is kind of annoying because most of them had very small finger holes. The seating areas are nice. Didn't test out the pooltable. The bar was nice and they had a fun selection of craft beers on tap and specialty drinks. Read more
Great building, nicely renovated (it does have a few problems with the brick in the upper part main entrance). Cool bowling... concept in the basement... thanks it! The rooms are ok, but poorly detailed you can see the laker in the furniture poorlyapplied, I had breakfast and the waiters had her hands dirty, as well as the fabric napkin. Breakfast (Benedict eggs), was ?justall right? to have a ?prizes? on food... for the quality of hotel that?s expected it is extremely poor . As I was living (with abag on one had and the coat on the other), 3 gentlemen and a lady (Sean to be the manager), politely wished a good trip... noneoffered to get the door, again poor service level. Excellent 5 star hotel with a bowling alley. 11 floors of 2 room hotel rooms. A swimming pool and outdoor lounge and a bar... with pool tables. Nice city view. Comfortable beds. Built in TV in room bathroom Read more
