Sat and waited over an hour to get our food brought to our table, when it arrived, 3 out of 4 orders were wrong and Fries were... hard and cold to the touch. Now been sitting for? going on 35 min waiting for our remakes to come out. Very slow poor qualityservice for a restaurant not even half full. Walked in at 7:05 I?m still waiting on food at 8:41 as I type this. On top of itall, the 20 bbq wings that came out correctly , we had to eat with our fingers cause we haven?t been given silverware. Why order ahead. You still have to wait 15 minutes for the order to be made when you arrive. Second time I have had issues with... this location. The other time I was told traditional wings were for in store only. With service like this I am surprised theyare still open. Star is strictly given for food quality. VERY BAD... typed out everything that happened but I guess it was too long and it wouldn't let me post... To sum it up, the... photo is of the "Ultimate" nachos (plain chips with a fist full of cilantro some sour cream and a couple Jalapeños) then theygave another table my burger, they lady tore it apart and said this wasn't what she ordered and put it back together then theytried to give me that same exact burger the lady had her hands all over (and in) like it was no big deal. Didn't see a singletable get all their food at the same time while sitting there. Over 15 minutes between my kid getting his food and them givingmy food to another table. Not sure. I will start by making it clear, it wasn?t necessarily busy but a 20 top table got sat right before us in our section,... so a little wait was expected. Drinks did take a hot minute or 10 to get ordered but we were enjoying ourselves so it was fine.The guy finally had made it to us and got us our drinks right away. The real fun started 20 minutes if day later, the waitercomes back, and asks to sit down with us to take our order? I mean sure why not, just was? different. Waiter was pretty nice butdid seem stressed and tired. Waiter took our order, and went and potentially stabbed the order?? We did realize the large tablegot their orders ahead of us, but after 30 minutes, they all got their food and we were like ah cool now our turn ????????. nope????. It took I?d say another 30 minutes for MOST of our food? except mine. I ordered boneless wings, everyone else had orderedsandwiches. I did find out wings DO take longer, but it?s was a good 15-20 minutes later. Finally I did get my food and atelonely as everyone else talked over empty plates which was whatever, but oh no the fun doesn?t stop here. The ambience was juststellar with nearly every table being dirty not just with crumbs, but full on plates, cups napkins and stayed dirty from thetime we sat down, and were still all dirty when we left after 2 hours. Got here before 5 on a Friday. At arrival the place wasn?t busy and compared to most places in the QC area was well staffed,... however you would have thought it was extremely busy. It took forever to get service. The chips and queso came right and weregood. Then the wait began. There should have been a disclaimer for the bone in wings that stated ?we chase down, catch, kill,pluck all feathers, and then pull you?re chicken when you order?! I would have ordered boneless had I known I would wait for 45minutes for the wings. I will state however that when they finally got to me they were good. Read more
I don't like to give mediocre reviews but here's the deal. I do not like that b-dubs brings the food out at different times.... This has bugged me for a while. I got my wings quickly but my wife and daughter waited 10 more minutes for theirs. The wingsthemselves were overcooked and weak on sauce. Very average. The service was great and we loved the wait staff. It was NFLfootball Sunday so maybe that was it, but I probably won't go back soon. Read more
