Food came out so fast I was super excited. The nuggs we're fresh and hot. Then I ate some of the onion rings. Not too hot and... a little chewy. But not the end of the world. Then I got to my Double Cheeseburger and the patties were hard and cold. Notonly that but they were so covered in condiments I couldn't even finish. No one really seems to care about their job or customer service here. The tables are usually dirty when the restaurant is... slow/empty. The food is cold or old and they still serve it. The employees don't communicate well with each other.. This BK hasa lot of potential to be a more welcoming, clean, enjoyable environment with effort and consideration. Read more
