I Ordered new brisket pizza and no bbq sauce on it. I know this because I already had a slice at 61 Casey?s and it tasted great!... As soon as you bite it you can tell there?s no sauce! I called the store and manager in bathroom. I?ve had slices at thislocation and it was good, I can see and from what I hear when you order from this location, they don?t make your pizza the wayit should. Giving Casey?s bad name! Austin made me two of the best pizza's I've ever had yesterday, 2/20. He was very polite, acted with a sense of urgency,... professional and his pizza was nothing short of tasty! This is the second time in a row that we ordered from this store and got subpar food and service. The first time, we ordered a... taco pizza and it arrived with no toppings. We called multiple times but the line was busy so we had to drive up there. Theydidn't even apologize or seem to care, they just offered to have us wait while they make another. We didn't have time so theyjust gave us the toppings to put on our cold pizza. Today, we ordered another and the cheese was stuck all over one side of thebox. It was such a mess that we could not even pull it apart much less tell where it was cut. Again, no appology and theydidn't seem to care. The reason I give it a three is because when you get a free pizza it's always messed up. I can remember recently the manager was... pretty nice about getting me my free pizza I was promised. They also got it right that time. It's just I want it right all thetime. But overall it's up to you where you eat. I just find that the quad cities does not care about the food they cook. Worst Casey's ever. Slow, unprofessional, and can't give a decent time frame for some pizzas. And when they do give you a time... frame, you're still standing there 15 minutes later watching them now make the pizza you ordered 40 minutes ago. This isn't thefirst horrible experience at this place, but it will certainly be the last. They were so far behind my order it's like they justforgot about them, and then hastily threw them into boxes not even having the decency to at least take care of the food I'vewaited well past the deadline for. Cheese was still melting when they hurried to fix their mistake, and in the end messed mypizzas up even more. Don't ever go to this Casey's.
