This was an awful experience. I will never ever be back. I stopped in like any other casual day and was greeted by a robot when... I went to order. The robot took my entire order couldn?t answer any questions I had and it was very demanding. I felt like I wastrying to get across to a robot over the phone that doesn?t understand what I?m saying. I should not have to work harder to getmy order taken than if I was talking to a human. Once I got my food I had 10 little chicken bites which definitely does notequal half a pound and an order of fries. Coming from a culinary perspective the food I paid five dollars for credit have beenmade for less than $.50. This is ridiculous. Read more

Checkers on Kimberly strikes again. 5th time we have had an order messed up. No hard. I had a large banana shake and a fries... lover double. Today I was given the wrong order by the manager Monica and she was very very rude. She then told the crew that it was okay to... serve the customers food that had already had my hands all over!! Had an automated system for ordering at the drive thru that doesn't let you customize your order. They no longer sauces the bite... boxes, and charge extra for sauce. Read more
