Spent 30 minutes waiting in the parking lot as we had been asked to pull forward to wait. 2 kids meals and an order of curds,... so not a huge order. 4 cars in front got their food, 3 cars behind got theirs. Ordered two curder burgers and they gave two cheese burgers without the curd patty, went back to have them fix it and they... wouldn't fix it and said that I didn't order what I ordered. Will never get food from here again. Read more

Food is a 4 star. service was a 3 star. Ordered a burger, fries and med concrete mixer. Sat down with my number and receipt. My... food came out on time. I asked about my mixer, young lady said someone will bring it out, ate my food within 15 minutes wentback to the register asking for my mixer and the gal that rang me up said ?oh yeah? when she saw me approaching and quicklyhanded me the mixer. I mean on the one hand no big deal. On the other hand It?s expected to receive my full order at the sametime. (Right?). Pretty empty restaurant at 5 PM on Monday. Drive through line looked short. Always a good meal, always fresh, prepared for more wholesome ingredients than most places. Friendly staff, clean, very nice... restaurant no matter where I've been, with a home cooked meal feel to it. And their custard is wonderful. Read more
First off got my order wrong. Then I wanted ice cream. Ordered and paid. 30 minutes later and no ice cream. The girl scooping... was literally just standing there. Lots of staff not being helpful at all. I left with no ice cream. Read more
Initially my order got messed up, it's very busy so I went back with low expectations, and Sabrina one of the managers rectified... my issue to the fullest degree! Couldn't be happier with her help and promptness she delivered. 5 stars for the wonderful helpand great person she is! Read more
