I would wait until their employees are trained to get anything here. Spent half of my only break (i work in the mall) waiting... for a blizzard with toppings ONLY on the first inch of the cup. If it was only the long a$$ wait I would not have put a reviewin because I understand people need to be trained. Maybe if they would have put the new girl on the register/trained her on thatfirst, the girl who?s worked there longer could?ve made the orders faster to clear the line and they would have been done morecorrectly. I was standing in front of the cashier (I don't know her name but hopefully someone had experience with this racist lil girl)... when she over looks me and says who's next like wow really, I'm in front of you and when my sister went up she looks at her andcalls another stuff member who was busy to take her order. It's a great small town DQ, there is no fryer, so you have chips instead, but it's a nice friendly place to go for ice cream.
Yikes. Worst experience I?ve ever had, anywhere. Our cashier, Chava, was more concerned with talking to her coworkers than... taking my order or making my smoothie. She didn?t have change in her drawer, so I offered to give her the exact change. She didnot thank me. While waiting for our smoothie, an older woman was at the counter waiting to be waited on. 2 workers walked rightby her and did not acknowledge her. Chava got close enough to the counter that the old woman was able to ask her for a coffee.Chava rang her up, and told her to pour the coffee herself. Also while waiting for my smoothie, I noticed a sign that said 20%off smoothies during happy hour, which was when I was there (between 12 and 1 on Sunday). When Chava gave me my smoothie, Iasked if she gave me the happy hour price, and gestured toward the sign. Chava sighed, rolled her eyes, pushed some buttons onthe register, went to the back, came back with a calculator, and gave me the difference in price. I thanked her, and told her tohave a nice day. She said nothing to me from the time I asked her about happy hour, to the time I left. Really disgraceful andextremely rude. Read more

Always love the strawberry sundaes. Blizzards are good most of the time. Last year we had one that couldn't be turned upside... down. This time it turned upside down but for one that is supposed to have strawberry in it, it barely had any. It had thechocolate. But this normally it's really pink from the strawberry in it.
